Our team of clinicians are compassionate, dedicated and highly skilled. Our team consists of clinical psychologists and psychologists, accredited mental health social workers and/or accredited mental health occupational therapists.
Common problems we work with include: disordered eating behaviours; problematic dieting; emotional eating; excessive or compulsive exercising; “Orthorexia” (fixation on healthy, pure or clean eating); Eating Disorders such as Anorexia Nervosa, Bulimia Nervosa and Binge Eating Disorder, people experiencing body dissatisfaction and negative body image; and poor self worth.
Our services include diagnostic assessments, individual therapy, family based therapies, carer education and support and a group therapy program. We understand that each person is unique and we tailor our treatment to suit your individual needs. We have a family orientated approach to treatment, and where appropriate, we work closely with families to help you overcome difficulties and achieve a sense of wellness. We also work collaboratively with other health professionals to provide a holistic care team approach.
