Early Eaters: Parenting approach

Our Early Eaters: Parenting approach program is run by our experienced dietetic team and helps families navigate the complexities of feeding children with fussy behaviours around food.

Are mealtimes becoming a constant struggle with your child's picky eating habits? Do you find yourself worried about their nutrition and growth? At our Dietitian Early Eaters Clinic, we understand the challenges that parents and caregivers face when dealing with fussy behaviours around mealtimes. Our expert dietitians are here to guide you through the journey of transforming mealtimes into positive and nourishing experiences using the responsive feeding approach.

Our team of experienced and compassionate dietitians are dedicated to helping to foster a healthy relationship between children and food. We firmly believe that mealtimes should be enjoyable for both parents and children, free from stress and frustration.

Our Approach: Responsive Feeding

Our clinic is built upon the foundation of the responsive feeding approach, which emphasises tuning into a child's cues and preferences while encouraging a balanced and nutritious diet. We recognise that each child is unique, and there is no one-size-fits-all solution. Our approach is tailored to suit your child's individual needs, creating a nurturing environment that fosters a positive attitude towards food.

Together, we can guide your child towards a healthier relationship with food and stress-free mealtimes, fostering lifelong eating habits that promote well-being.
