Shea Godsil is an Accredited Practising Dietitian who has extensive experience working with children, adolescents and adults to improve their nutritional health. She has over seven years experience as a Clinical Dietitian, specialising in the nutritional management of young people with eating disorders. Shea is passionate about educating clients to improve their nutrition knowledge and long term health. She endeavours to share her love of food and nutrition with clients to better improve their relationship with food.
Shea has experience working with all age groups to manage a range of conditions including fussy eating, weight management, diabetes, epilepsy, coeliac disease and irritable bowel syndrome. In addition to working with individuals, Shea is experienced in delivering specialised group programs. Shea also has an interest in research and in 2015 presented some of her work at the Australia New Zealand Academy for Eating Disorder national conference.
Shea especially enjoys working with young people and their families to achieve the best possible outcomes. Using an open, honest and caring approach, she develops strong relationships with her clients and their families. From her experience, Shea understands the importance of providing a client centred, individualised approach in order to achieve positive outcomes.
